I called about “corruption” and it was mentioned on air. Jeff Selingo indicated that one shouldn’t worry about general corruption. I replied.
“One of the guests said that he didn’t know what I meant by “corruption” except that he thought it existed and would continue to exist in college sports.
It is unfathomable to me how someone can believe that any organization with a large division that is corrupt, is not corrupt from the top.
Would Mr. Selingo put his money in a bank, if the President kept saying that it is “so hard” to keep the loan department from fraud, but don’t worry about your deposit?”
